Our head chef Tomasz Rochon finds inspiration and joy in our splendid produce. In close collaboration with his hand-picked team, they compose elegant courses that reflect the origin and distinctiveness of the produce. Boen Gård’s gastronomy is modern but grounded in the classical French kitchen. The menus follow the seasons and are continuously renewed. Surplus fruit and veg from the time of harvest are preserved and eventually become part of the menu on a later occasion. The wines that accompany a course at Boen Gård have been meticulously selected. We strive to serve courses that reflect a perfect balance between food and wine.
